A collectible 1989 United Kingdom Two Pounds (£2) commemorative coin issued during the reign of Queen Elizabeth II to commemorate the 300th Anniversary of the Bill of Rights, 1689–1989. The obverse features the third portrait of Queen Elizabeth II by Raphael Maklouf, with the inscription ELIZABETH II DEI GRATIA REGINA F D. The reverse, designed by John Lobban, features the crowned cypher of William and Mary (WM) intertwined with a parliamentary mace, with the dates 1689 and 1989 below and the inscription TERCENTENARY OF THE BILL OF RIGHTS around the design. The coin is struck in nickel-brass, weighs approximately 15.98 grams, and measures about 28.40 mm in diameter.
