United States 1 Dollar 2011 Andrew Johnson Coin

This United States Presidential $1 coin features Andrew Johnson, the 17th President of the United States (1865–1869). The obverse shows his portrait with inscriptions of his name, presidency years, and “In God We Trust.”

The reverse displays the Statue of Liberty with “$1” and “United States of America.”

Part of the Presidential Dollar Coin Program, this coin is struck in manganese-brass clad with a golden finish and includes edge lettering with year, mint mark, and “E Pluribus Unum.”
