This is a British silver threepence (3 pence) of King Edward VII dated 1902, struck in sterling silver (.925) with a diameter about 16 mm and weight around 1.3 g.

Obverse: Bare head of King Edward VII facing right with legend “EDWARDVS VII D:G: BRITT: OMN: REX F:D: IND: IMP:” around, engraved by George William de Saulles.

Reverse: Large crowned numeral 3 dividing the date 19–02, within an oak wreath tied with a ribbon and bordered by a beaded rim.
