These are modern Serbian dinar banknotes (10, 20, 50 and 100 dinara) from the Narodna Banka Srbije series showing famous Serbian cultural and scientific figures with thematic reverse designs.
10 dinara note
Obverse: Portrait of linguist Vuk Stefanović Karadžić with his writing tools, open book and letters from the modern Serbian Cyrillic alphabet in ochre‑yellow and brown tones.
Reverse: Historical scene linked to the first Slavic congress with enlarged Cyrillic letters and the Serbian coat of arms, plus value “10” in numerals and Cyrillic text.
20 dinara note
Obverse: Portrait of writer and educator Đura Jakšić (Stevan Mokranjac on some issues) with artistic motifs such as a quill/violin and manuscript, predominantly green with ochre details.
Reverse: Figure of the same cultural personality with a landscape and decorative miniature from old Serbian printing, together with coat of arms and vertical denomination.
50 dinara note
Obverse: Portrait of composer Stevan Stojanović Mokranjac with stylized violin, keyboard and musical score elements in violet–lilac colors.
