This is a British Guiana and West Indies silver fourpence (4 pence) dated 1894, struck for colonial circulation under Queen Victoria in sterling silver (.925) with a diameter of about 16 mm and Weight 1.88 Grams.

Obverse: Diademed young bust of Queen Victoria facing left with the simple legend “VICTORIA QUEEN,” engraved by Leonard Charles Wyon after a design by William Theed.

Reverse: Crown above the denomination “FOUR PENCE” within an oak‑style wreath, legend “BRITISH GUIANA AND WEST INDIES” around and date 1894 below, with a beaded rim.
